Full-Time Collection Specialist with Danish or Swedish or Norwegian

Tasks
• Managing client portfolio by handling and collecting debts effectively.
• Maintaining credit lines and requesting payments for new and existing customers.
• Managing the relationship with customers and partners.
• Credit analysis and review.
• Helping in updating the process documentations, following-up and recording changes, which contribute to recognize the opportunities of improving processes.
Requirements
• Min. high school education (University or College degree are an advantage).
• Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages: Norwegian or Swedish or Danish.
• Additionally at least intermediate level of English (verbal, written).
• Experience in collection, account receivable role is a great advantage, but not a must.
• Excellent communication skills written and oral.
• Outstanding customer orientation and problem solving skills.
• Team attitude.
• Ability to prioritise in a faced paced environment
• Ability to take initiative.
• Logical and proactive thinking.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence.
