Content Moderator with Spanish/German/Arabic

Your task is going to be:

– Content moderation/review work
– Review content categorized as abuse (sensitive text and images) by users
– Review and take action on content that violates policies including copyright/pirated content
– Help users to reset their password or suspend/un suspend their accounts
– Review user accounts to verify their identity and take action
– Judge/decide on content by referring to client policy/guidelines
– Respond back to users with necessary actions that must be taken to correct content

To get the job you need to:

– Language expertise (read, write, understand) in English and Spanish/German/Arabic
– Previous customer service experience (mainly in email support)
– Be open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and adult explicit content on a daily basis
– Excellent written communication with ability to pass a written assessment
– Ability to evaluate content by referring to policy
– Active Social Media presence: Facebook | LinkedIn | Twitter | YouTube | Instagram etc.
– Strong analytical and research skills
– Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail
– Ability to work under high pressure
