Currently we are looking for

 

English AND German/French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Norwegian speaking Customer Account Assistants

 

 

Tasks:

•        Maintaining customer accounts and managing client portfolio

•        Taking a variety of inbound customer service calls

•        Handle customer enquiries and provide an outstanding service

•        Manage customer issues promptly, professionally and politely

•        Represent and maintain a professional image of the company at all times

•        Support the internal information flow

•        Build positive relationship and strengthen customer satisfaction

•        Providing support to Senior Managers of the department

•        Responsibility for updating documentation and communicating changes

 

Requirements:

 

• Fluency in English AND fluency in one of the following languages: German/French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Norwegian, both written and verbal

•        Higher degree

•        At least 1 year experience in a customer service related role

•        Proficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Outlook

•        Strong customer focus, quality and detail- orientation

•        Ability to work as a part of a team
