Customer Care Coordinator

Tasks:
|
- Taking a variety of inbound customer service calls regarding orders, billing and invoicing
- Taking ownership of end-to-end processes
- Handle customer complaints and provide an outstanding service
- Manage customer issues promptly, professionally and politely
- Represent and maintain a professional image of the company at all times
- Build positive relationship and strengthen customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for general administration

Requirements:
|
- Fluency in German and intermediate English level
- 1 years’ or equivalent experience within a customer service based role
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers
- Ability to manage a workload with multiple work flows
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Positive, friendly personality and “can do” attitude
