Customer Care Coordinator

Tasks:

  • Taking a variety of inbound customer service calls regarding orders, billing and invoicing
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end processes
  • Handle customer complaints and provide an outstanding service
  • Manage customer issues promptly, professionally and politely
  • Represent and maintain a professional image of the company at all times
  • Build positive relationship and strengthen customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for general administration

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and intermediate English level
  • 1 years’ or equivalent experience within a customer service based role
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers
  • Ability to manage a workload with multiple work flows
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly personality and “can do” attitude
