Due to the rapid development of your Client, we are looking for people to different departments for position related with customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Customer Support for reporting foreign company offer
– Telephone customer service (outgoing)
– Implementation of the target (including sales target)
– Contact with foreign clients
– Customer Service In accordance with the standards
– The implementation of administrative and order tasks
MUST HAVE:
– Advanced knowledge one of these language: Czech or Slovak or Hungarian ( minimum level C1)
– Very good knowledge of English or Polish
– Experience in customer service
– Quick and easy Writing on computer
– Customer Orientation
– Needs to learn New things and work motivation
