Job Description
Potion Media is looking for enthusiastic Customer Contact Agents to join our existing Call Centre. We are looking for candidates with vibrant personalities, with a keen attitude for success.
Full training is provided, however, some experience in a customer service environment, or exceptional confidence over the phone is required. No other language skills apart from fluent English is required (Non native speakers must have some experience in either living or working in an English speaking environment – 3 months as a minimum).
