A Customer Order Desk Manager position is open at a prestigious multinational company, operating a Business Service Centre in Budapest. As an Customer Order Desk Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

– Effectively lead and manage a multilingual order processing team of 40 persons
– Improving the productivity of the EMEA Order Processing Team
– Providing accurate forecasts and future predictions
– Ensuring that Service Level Agreements and KPIs are met
– Coordinating the work of 6 direct reports
– Setting and documenting objectives and targets
– Monitoring of customer satisfaction
– Represent the BSC at cross-functional process development teams
– As the member of the management board, participating in the strategic decision making

To be considered an ideal candidate for this role, you will need to have a university or college degree in Business studies as well as 5+ years of experience in the field of Order Management/Customer Service or Supply Chain in a Managerial role, preferably at a Shared Service Centre. You are also required to have SAP experience, and strong problem solving skills along with outstanding communication skills. An innovative and flexible personality as well as fluent English are also crucial.
