We have various positions in the Customer service sector in Budapest that require lots of different languages.
Tasks:
• Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
• Providing support
• Giving guidance and solving problems
• Communicate effectively with the customers
• Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Conversational English language knowledge
• Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Permission to work in Hungary is a must

I’m a 21 year old Russian student currently studying at Szent István University in Gödöllő. Hi,
Im an Australian who is in Budapest for winter and beyond, I am an artist and chef, but can speak English fluently. I have done work like this before in call centres and customer service. Let me know if we can meet and figure it all out.
