  • Receive and manage customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
  • Extensive information and assistance to our customers, continuous monitoring of their cases
  • Execute order information and change requests
  • Provide information about services
  • Ongoing communication between the engineering team, internal staff, suppliers and customers
  • Manage formal quotes
  • Complaint handling and problem solving
  • Liaison with international teams from different regions


  • At least secondary education (high school diploma)
  • Customer-focused, willing, helpful attitude
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Negotiation-level English language skills both orally and in writing
  • Teamwork and individual work
  • Computer skills
  • Results-oriented thinking

Good to have

  • Experience in a similar area of customer service
  • Positive and empathic attitude
