Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- Extensive information and assistance to our customers, continuous monitoring of their cases
- Execute order information and change requests
- Provide information about services
- Ongoing communication between the engineering team, internal staff, suppliers and customers
- Manage formal quotes
- Complaint handling and problem solving
- Liaison with international teams from different regions
Requirements
- At least secondary education (high school diploma)
- Customer-focused, willing, helpful attitude
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Negotiation-level English language skills both orally and in writing
- Teamwork and individual work
- Computer skills
- Results-oriented thinking
Good to have
- Experience in a similar area of customer service
- Positive and empathic attitude
