CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our partner, who is a multinational market leader production company is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong English knowledge in Fejér County. The aim of the position is to maintain and build relationships, manage orders and cooperate strongly with the production planning.
Main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
• Daily contact with European customers, receiving and confirming orders
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing support
• Handling or addressing customer problems
• Strong cooperation with the production planning and other departments of the company
• Managing inventory levels, optimization
• Giving delivery orders to the shipping department
Requirements:
• University/College degree
• At least 1,5-2 years experience in the field of customer service/customer communication at a multinational production company
• Fluent English knowledge
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Outstanding communication and language skills
• Open minded, dynamic personality, positive mental attitude
• Ability to learn fast
