An online 24/7 Customer Support Center, Company located in Budapest, is looking for French speaking

Customer Service Representative

Task(s):

· Answers to all incoming calls and emails from French speaking customers

· Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone/Chats or written correspondence

Requirement(s):

· French language knowledge – High Level

· Must be willing to work in Shifts nights/weekend/holidays included

· Excellent communication and computer skills

· Multi-tasking, organization, flexibility are a must

· Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

· Ambitious.

· Ability to multitask.

· Team worker.

Other:

· Previous customer service experience (advantage).

· Be interested in marketing
