Full-Time Customer Service Team leader with Dutch knowledge
Job Description
- Are you native Dutch or speak the language fluenty?
- Do you have experience as a team leader?
For the Customer Service Center of our international customer, we are looking for an experienced Team leader with fluency in Dutch.
Requirements:
- Have higher level education,
- 1-2 years experience earned on customer service field as a team leader (managing at least 5 people)
- Native Dutch or speak Dutch and English fluently
- Like to communicate with customers via phone
- Good people management skills
Tasks:
- Customer Complaint Resolution – handling/transferring customer calls
- Document Control and handling – Document management competence
- Improving customer satisfaction
- handle the escalated cases
- daily coordination of team members
- track the performance of the team members and communicate with them at 1-2-1 meetings
- back up the team members
- participate in the execution of projects related to process
- Provide weekly monthly updates to the partners/ supervisor/ manager
