Job Description

 

  • Are you native Dutch or speak the language fluenty?
  • Do you have experience as a team leader?

For the Customer Service Center of our international customer, we are looking for an experienced Team leader with fluency in Dutch.

 

Requirements:

  • Have higher level education,
  • 1-2 years experience earned on customer service field as a team leader (managing at least 5 people)
  • Native Dutch or speak Dutch and English fluently
  • Like to communicate with customers via phone
  • Good people management skills

Tasks:

  • Customer Complaint Resolution – handling/transferring customer calls
  • Document Control and handling – Document management competence
  • Improving customer satisfaction
  • handle the escalated cases
  • daily coordination of team members
  • track the performance of the team members and communicate with them at 1-2-1 meetings
  • back up the team members
  • participate in the execution of projects related to process
  • Provide weekly monthly updates to the partners/ supervisor/ manager
