Flikli Animated Productions is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our busy animation studio. Job Purpose: To create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them.

Key Responsibilities: In consultation with the Studio Director, Marketing Manager, and Founders;

Sales generation

  • Create and send offers/proposals,
  • Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients,
  • Develop and adjust sales presentations depending on the client,
  • Liaise with marketing department on campaigns and other initiatives,
  • Submit activity reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly performance analyses.

Production monitoring and client management

  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintain and nurture business relationships with existing clients,
  • Manage, review production progress and deliver the client’s projects,
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and keep them informed about relevant developments related to their projects,
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.

Administration

  • Ensure accurate record keeping and information management,
  • Track client invoicing and payment,
  • Suggest changes in products and service based on acquired market knowledge,
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, etc,
  • Address problems to supervisors and ask necessary questions,
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Required experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Native level English skills,
  • Work well under pressure, maintain heavy workload and work to deadline,
  • Flexible, organised, self-motivated and professional in demeanor,
  • Motivated and motivating team player.

The successful applicant will have permission to work in Hungary and is expected to start no later than July 1, 2013 (possibly sooner).
