Our partner has a newly established shared service centre in Budapest with a youthful team. They provide their international partners IT products and services. We are currently seeking for Customer Support Specialists with German, Dutch, Spanish or Swedish language knowledge. The main tasks of the new colleagues will be handling incoming e-mails and phone calls and resolving the occurring issues. As there is a wide range of topics that the customers and business partners can ask information about, the Customer Support Specialistsmaintain a continuous and intense relationship with internal departments.
You are the ideal candidate for this role if you:
- speak English and German / Dutch / Spanish / Swedish fluently;
- like to communicate and have customer oriented attitudes;
- have a university and / or college degree.
