Job Description

A Czech speaking Event Organizer job is now open at our international partner, who organizes business congresses in the CEE Region. Our partner offers an international working environment and strong career opportunities.

The key responsibilities of the Czech speaking Event Organizer are:
– Researching and contacting corporate prospects over the telephone
– Keeping the client database up to date
– Responsible for the registration of hundreds of senior decision makers to each event
– Negotiating with senior decision makers on a European and global level
– Representing customers at international events

Requirements towards the ideal candidate for the job:
– Fluent English and Czech or Slovak is essential
– Competitive mindset
– Hard worker and goal oriented
– Excellent communication skills
– At ease communication on the telephone
– Dynamic and fast learner
– Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not essential
