Our goal is to make Allpacka.cz the Czech Republic’s leading parcel delivery price comparison website. The Allpacka team are currently looking for a top performing Internal Sales Representative to lead the growth of our new online business in the Czech market. The position will be based in Budapest (Hungary) at the Head Office of the Company.

Primary responsibility:
- Establish a market position by locating and developing prospects and making them our clients
Primary duties:
- Customer acquisition – responsible for outbound sales calls, prospecting, quotes, pipeline generation, sales execution customer proposal responses and contract generation
- Usage of database – calling potential customers from our target groups
- Representing the Company and services, making needs assessment
- Closing new business deals, developing and negotiating contracts
- Maintain first class relationships with key customer accounts
- Identify market trends, including opportunities and threats in the Czech market
- Grow the business in the Czech Republic in line with targets set out by Head Office
Skills and qualifications:
- Native Czech speaker
- Intermediate spoken English or Hungarian language skills
- Customer focused and proactive attitude
- Motivated and full of energy
- Can communicate clearly and precisely and is a good listener
- Can work toward hitting targets
Preferred but not essential:
- Sales experience
- Logistic market knowledge
