Job Description
Our worldwide-known automobile manufacturer partner is seeking expert candidates for FULL TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT position to be located in Prague.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Providing overall support and daily assistance
– Taking care of office properties and supply
– Organizing internal & external meetings
– Preparing reports, documents and presentations
– Coordinating facility management related tasks and HR related activities
– Tracking and approving invoices
REQUIREMENTS:
– College degree
– 2-3 years of experience in general office administration
– Advanced level of CZECH/SLOVAK language; excellent command of written and spoken English
– Good MS Office skills
– Problem solving & analytical capabilities
– High level coordination and organizing skills
– Customer focus & quality orientation
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
– Precision and ability to meet deadlines
