Danish/Norwegian/Swedish speaking IT support specialist

Danish/Norwegian/Swedish Speaking IT Support Specialist position is open at our prestigious multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest.  The company offers a very professional working environment for their new collegues and competitve salary.

As a Danish/Norwegian/Swedish Speaking IT Support Specialist  your main task is to provide IT support on first level to customers via e-mail or phone. You also have to escalate issues and do administrative tasks.

To fill this position you must be able to speak English and Danish/Norwegian/Swedish  fluently, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills as well.
