We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role:
The Desk Based Account Specialist will need to fully manage business accounts, selling new products and services for existing and new Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) customers located in Czech Republic. The role also involves taking responsibility for these customers’ revenue growth by selling pre-approved tariffs, retention and executing marketing campaigns.

Tasks:
- Fully manage and maintain set customer portfolio
- Contribute to the achievement of VGE Country Sales Goals
- Selling new products and services to existing and new Business customers
- Realize sales and retention targets by providing industry leading Account Management services
- Support in growing revenues for existing large VGE customers in Czech Republic through lead-generation and penetration of their small and independent subsidiaries
- Work together with the NAM’s in Czech Republic to ensure highest customer experience achieved by executing requests on a timely fashion and in the highest expected quality.
- Calculate pricing and preparing saving analyzes

Build customer reports
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language skills.
- Experience working within telecommunications industry.
- Minimum of 2 year working within a sales environment
- Bachelor or Master degree in business economics
- Possesses excellent objection handling techniques when dealing with issues or barriers from customers.
- Knowledge of VGE CRM system: salesforce.com
- Further language mastery a plus
