Full-Time Digital Production and Media Manager
Job Description
Oxygen has an exciting opportunity in Millenáris Park Office Building for a Production & Media Manager, this position reports to the Company Director and works in conjunction with the Production Leaders and Operations Director. This position is responsible for final delivery of projects including but not limited to on/off air client interviews for Specialty and conventional networks as well as corporate projects.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Prepare and assemble clients interested in allowing our video team in-house
• Lead video and animation strategy
• Plan & Budget Video Content for international trade events
• Assist in delivery of on-air and off-air related projects
• Supports Production team in day-to-day workflow as needed-for example
• Supervising collecting scripts, tracking projects in queue and other duties
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors regarding delivery dates
• Coordinate all spec information and distribute through various media channels
• Collects vendor FTP site info and project plan & communicate project tasks within team
• Traffic all creative to vendors and media outlets
• Liaises between publishers/vendors/media/analysts/delegates to confirm brief
• Other general duties as the role evolves as required
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Interview/ Reporting Experience in front of cameras
• Impeccable English/Language Skills
• Fast learner – knowledge of Business, Tech, HR and Recruitment an advantage
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and SharePoint are an asset
• Knowledge of and interest in Online/Digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management
• Collaborative
• Willingness to learn in a creative, fast paced and dynamic environment
