Customer Support Specialist with Dutch language knowledge position is open at our multinational client, who operates one of the biggest Shared Service Centres in Hungary. As a customer service specialist your role will be to communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers via phone and email and provide world class customer service and support using your Dutch and English language knowledge on a daily basis. Moreover you will be responsible for resolving any upcoming problems and manage customer’s claims.
You’re the ideal candidate for this role if you have some experience in a Customer Service / Front Desk positions but fresh graduates are also welcome. Fluent Dutch and English with excellent communication skills are required as well strong problem solving skills, multi-tasking ability and customer focused approach.
