Full-Time E-Tisation and Process Specialist
Job Description
Job Purpose
-As a key part of the sales support platform, the E-tisation and Process Specialist will take a key role, focused on the sales area, in implementing improvements and working with customers (internal and external) to resolve issues and assist in the implementation of process changes and tools.
-This role will be responsible for implementing process harmonisation defined at a Pan European level with the in-country operations teams. Where necessary it will be the responsibility of this role to recommend improvements to processes to the Pan European Business Process Officers (Sales and Marketing) and to the heads of the Business Support functions to enable continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making
– Support coverage, accuracy and timeliness of sell thru and stock collection process in local market
– Support Implementation of SONY e-Tisation Projects across Europe
– Support the transition of local applications to ORMC or external support specialists located in-country
– Support process developments for other business areas if applicable
– Improve usage and processes around sell thru and stock collection and cleansing
– Support and expand usage of EDI transmissions within local market
– Documentation of in-country variations within the business critical sales processes
– Reduce administrative tasks and workloads from retailers / sales teams
– Support local developments and local teams for e-tisation requests from retailers
– Support business training needs as required, both in country and on a Pan European basis
– Make SONY easiest to do business with.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
– University Degree
– Relevant experience in sizeable companies
– Ability to engage with the business and understand the true business requirements
– General knowledge of all aspects of in-country Business Support processes. Ability to engage in detail on all subjects when required.
– Solid, hands on experience in EDI development and implementation
– Able to act confidently towards internal and external customers to provide support and resolve issues experienced by users / executors of specific processes
– Strong verbal and written English language skills.
– Good technical skills in terms of database applications, file transfers, EDIs, interfaces, error monitoring
– Experience with Pan European Sony tools (BW, SAP)
– Experience in mapping data from various sources with different formats.
