Full-Time English and Czech Speaking Marketing Assistant and Translator
Job Description
Our client is currently searching for an English-Czech Marketing Assistant – Translator to support the local Marketing Team in their Budapest Office.
The purpose of the job is to act as a Translator performing all translation related tasks as well as marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Take full responsibility for translations of written corporate materials (newsletters, magazines, product catalogues, fact sheets, etc.) from Czech – English, English – Czech by the assigned deadlines.
– Ensure quality and consistency of language in all materials.
– Create and ensure quality of written communications to the distributors in English and Czech (e.g. invitations, updates, local promotions, events info etc.)
– Assist with product launches and events.
– Providing English – Czech interpretation on occasions
– Assist with event organization and participate in distributor and corporate events.
– Providing other translation or marketing related tasks as required by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
– Excellence in English and Czech, flawless grammar in both languages
– Confident user of computer (Microsoft Office)
– Attention to details required
– Excellent written and oral communicational as well as organizational skills
– Service and customer minded with a commercial feeling
– Able to work independently
– Innovative, creative problem solving skills
