English speaking 2nd Level Service Desk Analyst job is open at our multinational partner, who has a newly established team in Budapest downtown. They provide IT infrastructure and full scale of IT solutions to their B2B clients all around the world.

As a 2nd Level Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing more complex IT support to variety of users forwarded by the 1st level team through the ticketing system. You will follow up incidents in connection with Microsoft software, password reset and other upcoming issues related to the IT infrastructure. Your job will resolve queries in line with the set SLAs and KPIs in order to meet client’s expectations. Your job will be collecting queue-monitoring information and creating reports helping to improve the department’s performance. You will also follow up whether incidents have been solved, and ensuring the customers satisfaction while communicating with both external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
In order to successfully apply for the 2nd Level Service Desk Analyst position you need to have experience in a service desk position and fluent knowledge of English. Computer literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft programs, excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude are also required.
