Internship Fin & Admin Business Associate (Polish Speaker) – Student Position
Job Description
Objective of the job:
Guarantee the reliable and flawless operation and reporting tasks in the dedicated professional area within P2P AP organization according to guidelines and standard practices for processes
Ensure high quality and proper control of processes and related documentation in regular tasks in time
Keep contacts with relevant contacts (Client, non Client) to clarify issues realized and improve services provided
Work on process improvement with other co-workers and system administrators
Responsibilities:
Check and record incoming invoices (PO, DP) according to guidelines set and make necessary corrections after prior approval. Prepare related reports and control evidences as of predefined rules.
Resolve and record invoices, letters incoming calls received for clearing, through data reconciliation, contacting vendors, country operations and co-workers. Prepare related reports and control evidences as of predefined rules.
Check and record accounting documents related to General Ledger area (e.g. bank transactions, intercompany invoices, travel expenses, fixed assets etc.). Prepare related reports and control evidences as required.
Any other task, requested to be fulfilled by the direct supervisor, which is coming from the nature of the position, or is in connection with the job tasks, or required by the tasks/responsibilities/scope of activities of the given position.
Required skills, education and experience:
Professional skills:
At least high school graduation
Working tasks related professional knowledge focused on Accounts Payable processes
Knowledge of control processes and requirements
Awareness of general accounting rules and principles.
Language skills:
At least intermediate level of English language and
Advanced level of Polish language knowledge for the adequate fulfillment of the position
