Finance Assistance
International event organizer is looking for a finance assistance to join its expanding office in Budapest
Tasks:
- Creating invoices
- Supporting finance tasks and carrying out analysis and reporting as required
- Keeping contact with company’s accountant
- Answering making clients calls regarding their invoices/ purchase orders
- Ensure that all processes are documented and stored centrally to improve company communication
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Entry level position/ 1-2 years’ experience
- Currently finishing or finished University studies
- Advanced level of English-both oral and written
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong analytical skills
