Finance Assistance

 

International event organizer is looking for a finance assistance to join its expanding office in Budapest

 

Tasks:

  • Creating invoices
  • Supporting finance tasks and carrying out analysis and reporting as required
  • Keeping contact with company’s accountant
  • Answering making clients calls regarding their invoices/ purchase orders
  • Ensure that all processes are documented and stored centrally to improve company communication

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Entry level position/ 1-2 years’ experience
  • Currently finishing or finished University studies
  • Advanced level of English-both oral and written
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  •
