Full-Time Finance Manager
Job Description
Under the supervision and help of the executive director you will manage all finance related tasks of the company in close cooperation with the management and the external accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
• Perform the day-to-day tasks in the finance department
• Create monthly management reports of costs, P&L and Cash Flow
• Check and register all expenditures
• Issue and register the incoming and outgoing invoices
• Closely cooperate with the external accountant
• Register the financial documents of the company; actively participate in the preparation of payment contracts
• Manage and solve the financial questions and queries of the external suppliers
Requirements:
• Fluency in English both written and verbal, native Hungarian
• High level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness, being able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office programs (very good working knowledge with Excel)
• Ability to identify options and make decisions.
• Previous experience in a similar role can be an advantage
