Full-Time Finance & Office Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and reliable finance and office administrator who will be expected to drive best practices in finance, human resources and administration within our organization. You will be working directly with the Finance and Operations Director, helping her to oversee the financial and HR operations of the company both in Hungary and in its international operations spanning 20 countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance

  • Organize business trips and prepare expense reports,
  • Produce financial management reports,
  • Prepare financial documents for outsourced accounting company,
  • Prepare finance reports and account reconciliation reports according to company policies on periodic basis,
  • Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities,
  • Reconcile monthly general ledger balance, invoices and credit card statements.

Operations/Administration/Reception

  • Ensure that the office environment is well maintained to ensure maximum efficiency,
  • Ensure that all office equipment is in working order at all times,
  • Oversee and update the company’s inventory files,
  • Answering incoming phones welcoming visitors and other receptionist related duties (posting, office supply ordering, etc.)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is fluent in written and spoken business English,
  • Enjoys working with numbers and creating reports,
  • Has strong analytical and numerical skills,
  • Is able to work independently as well as in a team,
  • Is flexible and an expert at multitasking,
  • Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as great problem-solving skills,
  • Has preferably 1-2 years of experience but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
