Financial Assistant
Budapest, Hungary
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice administration in system
- Liaise with customers, manage customer claims
- Support daily work of the company
- Timesheet control of the employees, prepearing the comission of the employees to the payroll calculation and keep contact with payroll outsourcing company for smooth payroll procedure
- Keeping regular contact with business partners as banks, bookkeepers, lawyers, etc.
- Preparing outgoing invoices, handling incoming invoices
- Understanding of basic corporate finance concepts
- Control and reconciliation of petty cash
- Inventory check of fixed assets and its control, documentation
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hungarian and English is a must
- Confidence in speaking and liaising with customer accounts departments globally
- At least 3 years of relevant, professional experience as financial assistant or office leader
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Planning and organizing skills
- Problem solving skill
- MS Office user skills (primarily Excel)
