Financial Assistant

Budapest, Hungary

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice administration in system
  • Liaise with customers, manage customer claims
  • Support daily work of the company
  • Timesheet control of the employees, prepearing the comission of the employees to the payroll calculation and keep contact with payroll outsourcing company for smooth payroll procedure
  • Keeping regular contact with business partners as banks, bookkeepers, lawyers, etc.
  • Preparing outgoing invoices, handling incoming invoices
  • Understanding of basic corporate finance concepts
  • Control and reconciliation of petty cash
  • Inventory check of fixed assets and its control, documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English is a must
  • Confidence in speaking and liaising with customer accounts departments globally
  • At least 3 years of relevant, professional experience as financial assistant or office leader
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Problem solving skill
  • MS Office user skills (primarily Excel)
