Financial Coordinator

 

Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients and setting up meeting, either within an office environment or in client’s business premises;
  • Promoting the services Woodbrook Group provides;
  • Liaising with your Financial Advisor and financial institutions;
  • Providing Administrative support to your Financial Advisor, preparing forms, agreements and applications;
  • Answering telephone calls;
  • Managing and organizing appointment and meeting;
  • Managing you Financial Advisor’s diary;
  • Managing databases;
  • Attending events / meetings as the Financial Advisor’s representative
