Job Description

Our international team is growing! We are looking for a Finnish Marketing & Community Manager based in our European headquarter. We are one of the largest mobile entertainment services around the world and also offer different mobile app solutions.

Finland is one of our newest markets, and this is why we are looking for a Country Manager for the current and upcoming services. You will be in charge for building up local teams, supervising operations, working on the marketing strategy and most likely drive innovation.

The position would need a relocation to Budapest, where we have one of the coolest loft offices in the city. But traveling between the different Crowd Mobile offices is an option!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build up a local country team of operators for our service
  • Manage both online social media and mobile campaigns, and working with the centralized marketing/optimization team
  • Manage key 3rd party partnerships/agencies from implementation, day-to-day management, to partnership optimization
  • Identify and leverage current and new leading edge mobile trends and technologies to deliver effective digital strategies

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 0-3 years online marketing experience (mobile preferred) with a deep understanding of the digital landscape
  • Detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts
  • Quick learner who can grasp the core needs of a business or situation and rapidly develop measurement solutions with strong thought leadership while assessing the overall analytical needs of the business
  • Strong understanding of current online/digital/mobile technology plus 
a good feeling of marketing trends for a young target group
  • Outstanding project management, organizational skills and attention 
to detail
  • Native Finnish and possibly Swedish as well
  • Fluent English
