Job Description
WEB TAKES OVER has a vacant position for a full-time web designer. The job would start with a 6-9 month training period in Munich and then transfer to Budapest.
We are looking for a web designer (m/f) with at least 3-5 years of experience in the creation and production of display ads. We are a supplier for creative agencies and cover the full value chain from developing ideas/copies, drafting storyboards, producing master animations in flash and html5, producing derivatives in various formats and delivering the ads on an adserver. Our office is located in Munich / Maxvorstadt, the lively student area of downtown Munich. We are planning to open an office in Budapest soon. Our team consists of experienced experts in the areas text/concept, design, programming, and project management. Our customer include leading online advertising agencies such as Plan.Net and we work for international brands such as BMW, Lufthansa, VW, Durex, Siemens, Weight Watchers, or Xbox.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in making animated display ads and enjoys to animate images in flash and bring them to life with attention to detail (both with timeline and AS2). Also, strong image editing skills in Photoshop are key. Strong language skills in Hungarian plus either English or German are needed. For motivated candidates, the job would offer the chance to move to Munich for a time period of 6-9 months.
We offer an attractive package in terms of compensation and lifestyle. The monthly salary for the web designer in Munich will be 2.500 – 3.000 EUR and will be adjusted to a locally competitive level after the move to Hungary. We work very reasonable hours, very few late nights and not a single weekend to date. As our projects are relatively short, you will be proud and satisfied when you move on to the next one, not tired and bored to death. And most importantly we have a fun team working on campaigns and customers we really enjoy.
