We are looking for a foundation coordinator with over 3 years of experience in realization of different projects in foundations. Your main role will be to help in the development of the foundation.
This is a part-time job with flexible working hours and contact type (contract of mandate/B2B). Work is available immediately and can be done fully remotely.
Salary: 2’000 – 3’000 PLN per 86h a month of work
Key Skills:
-Min. 3 years of experience in coordinating projects (must-have).
-Experience in the position of project coordinator.
-Some experience in educational projects.
-Ability to manage own work and the work of others.
-Ability to use project management tools and monitor the schedule of tasks and project expenses.
-Experience in financial management of the organization and cooperation with accounting.
-Creativity and attention to detail.
-Good command of the English language: level C1,
-Ability to work under time pressure.
-Independence.
-Team management experience (good to have).
-Ease of making contacts.
-The ability to organize and plan work.
Responsibilities:
-Implementation of projects,
-Coordination of contractors and subcontractors,
-Reporting the status of projects,
-Managing the Foundation’s finances in cooperation with the management board, accountant and project coordinators (including creating the organization’s budget and supervising the finances of individual projects),
-Comprehensive management of the Foundation (in cooperation with the management board),
-Development of the Foundation (in close cooperation with the management board), including co-creation of projects,
-Participation in the organizational work of the office,
-Promotional activities,
Quick facts:
-We are a mostly remote company. There are opportunities to meet onsite, but please bear in mind that you will be working remotely most of the time.
-You will need your own laptop and a secure internet connection.
-Your first week will be focused on onboarding, understanding the company, and performing first, simple tasks.
-You can pretty much work any hours you want.
