Full-Time FRENCH Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist with ideally native French language skills to work in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Managing the relationship with a portfolio of customers and partners
Complaint and question handling received from customers on phone and in writing
Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data
Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes
Join us if you :
Have at least high school education (University or College degree are an advantage)
Speak French fluently and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
Have experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
