French/German Speaking Customer Service Representative jobs are open at our multinational partner who has a continuously growing shared service center in Budapest downtown and looking for multilingual employees to join their Customer Service team.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are liaising with the customers and with the partners of the company via phone and through email communication. As a Customer Service Representative you will provide a word class customer service, manage customer claims, answer all their questions and effectively resolve the appearing problems. Your tasks will contain administrative tasks, such as managing the customer’s account, register and manage all the changes in SAP.
In order to successfully fulfil this role, you need to have a university of college degree and fluent knowledge of English and French/ German, as well as good communication skills, customer-focused attitude and problem solving skills.
