French or German or Hebrew or Polish Customer Service Advisor
IT Customer Advisor – IT support via phone and email
General Work Discription:
As an IT Customer Advisor you will:
-
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone in a fast paced-dynamic environment
-
Answer incoming support request, inquiries via telephone and email to determine if problems are user, software or hardware related
-
Be responsible to either solve the calls yourself, or assign and follow up calls until client functionality has been restored
-
Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues
-
Analyze problems/issues/inquiries, assign severity levels to the appropriate technician and follow up resolution
We are seeking applicants who are:
-
Native or close to native in German or French or Italian or Polish
-
Fluent in English
-
Customer-focused, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
-
Have stable general IT knowledge, are familiar with Windows XP and Windows 7, Ms Office Packages
- Have general interest for IT and interest to learn new things within Windows 7 (Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Servers, Networking)

- Full time: From Monday to Friday 8 hours a day.
- (full time or part time: at least 4 or 6 ours a day from Monday to friday.) We also have night and weekend shifts oprtional.)

Good morning, my name is Alex, I’m a native Italian speaker, I possess a high level of English and I speak advanced Spanish as well. I have some IT experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, Lync, mobileiron, and limited experience with iPAD usage. I’m a friendly person and a team player.
