French Speaking Collection Specialist roles are open at our multinational partner who operates with a newly established Shared service center in Budapest downtown. They are looking for French speaking candidates to join their Collection team and participate in process migration and implementation.

The responsibilities of the French Speaking Collection Specialist are resolving collection issues with a variety of business partners. The Collection Specialist will participate in a transition and will help by implementing the new collection processes. The future college will keep the contact with the customers for payments, make ensure that all the debts are paid until the payment date, request payment details from the customers and check the clients’ accounts. Part of the tasks will be collecting the overdue customer accounts and using various collection functions including calling and sending emails to the customers. The Collection Representative will work together with other departments to accurately solve the upcoming problems and requests, using French and English both written and oral.

You are the ideal candidate if you have a university/college degree, speak fluent French and at least intermediate English, and are patient and customer focused. Excellent communication-, problem solving- and analytical skills are also essential. Experience in a Customer service or Cash collection role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
