An online 24/7 Customer Support Company located in Budapest is looking for French speaking
Customer Service Representative
for their sales department.

Task(s):
- Answers to all incoming calls and emails from French speaking customers
- Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone/Chats or written correspondence
Requirement(s):
- Sales oriented candidate – previous experience in sales department is an advantage
- French language – high level
- Must be willing to work in shifts nights/weekend/holidays included
- Excellent communication and computer skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
- Multi-tasking, organization, flexibility are a must
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Positive, energetic, ambitious and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask.
- Team worker.
- Confident, engaging and compelling communication skills.
- Ability to meet challenging sales goals.
