Full-Time German Customer Service/Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Searching and working in internal systems for specific order details, eg. delivery information, payment details, address-verification etc.
- Detailed logging of all customer calls in German language in the relevant database.
- Communication via mail and telephone in German
- Submit offers to customers & sales activities
Requirements:
- University or college degree, preferably in economics
- Excellent German and good English knowledge
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- experience with academic work
- While we prefer a candidate with a degree, it’s not a requirement. Just be a good communicator!
- Must be able to type approximately 35 words per minute (German and English)
- Internet savy
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- 110% dedication and commitment
- Must be flexible to accommodate shift work, such as morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
