Location: Budapest
Key Responsibilities
– You are going to provide technical support for the clients in every possible way: over the phone, via web, chat or e-mail
– Your clients will call you with IT problems, needing assistance in using their systems or applications
– You need to troubleshoot or diagnose the technical problems, and help your client through the necessary steps to solve the problem
– You will work in a multilingual team, and – as a team member – you need to share information and collaborate closely with your colleagues
– You will participate in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level
Requirements
– Fluency in German is a must
– Strong knowledge of English
– Supportive attitude, client-centered thinking
– Familiarity with MS Office and Windows environment
