A German Speaker Customer Service Team Leader role is open at our multinational partner, who is operating with a Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to lead a customer service team and ensuring the smooth resolution of the customer requires from the EMEA region.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and managing a customer service team of 10-15 people. Together with the Customer Service Manager you will participate in process improvement, providing trainings for the newcomers and helping by hiring the customer service agents. Your job will be monitoring the individual and team performance, providing regular and ad hoc KPI reports and run monthly on to one evaluations. You will act as a further point of contact and resolve more complex customer requests, while liaising with the internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.

The ideal candidate for this position has a degree, background in customer service and at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team in an SSC environment. Fluent English and German knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and customer focused attitude is also required.
