Full-Time GERMAN SPEAKING INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
- Collect and report information based on sales request
- Detect new purchasing projects over the phone for Customer sales force; qualify new and already existing customers in the frame of telemarketing campaigns.
- Follow script and provide marketing information to the customers if needed.
- Handle and qualify requests arriving by e-mail.
- Follow-up the sales opportunities with sales force on a regular basis.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners
- Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes.
- Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous work experience (preferably commercial or customer service)
- Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Advanced in GERMAN and strong medium level of English
