Job Description
Tasks:
- IT support of international customers vis phone, e-mail and fax
- Keep continuous contact with our foreign partners
- Resolve user level IT problems
Your profile:
- High/vocational school degree
- Advanced level German knowledge (both oral and written)
- Strong knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Knowledge on Windows XP and Windows 7
- Customer orientation
- Good problem solving skills
- Tolerance of stress and monotonity
- Able to work in a team
