Tasks:

  • IT support of international customers vis phone, e-mail and fax
  • Keep continuous contact with our foreign partners
  • Resolve user level IT problems

Your profile:

  • High/vocational school degree
  • Advanced level German knowledge (both oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Knowledge on Windows XP and Windows 7
  • Customer orientation
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Tolerance of stress and monotonity
  • Able to work in a team
