Job Description

A German Speaking Service Desk Analyst position is open at our multinational partner, who operates a Service Centre in Budapest. They provide IT infrastructure and full scale of IT solutions to their clients all around the world.

As a German Speaking Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing IT support to users in German language, and being the first point of contact for the customers. You will follow up incidents in connection with SAP, password reset and other upcoming issues related to the IT infrastructure. Your job will be resolving queries in line with the set expectations, or forwarding issues to the second level where further support is needed. Your job will contain creating reports in order to improve the department’s performance. You will also follow up whether the incidents have been solved, ensuring the customers satisfaction while communicating with both external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

In order to successfully apply for the German Speaking Service Desk Analyst position you need to have fluent knowledge of English and German, as well as computer literacy and willingness to work in 7/24 shifts.
