Job Description
German/French Credit and Collection Specialist position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company, and operating shared service centre in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity for talents who would like to join a busy, dynamically growing team.
The responsibilities of the Credit and Collection Specialist are the following:
• Analyzing credit data and financial statements in order to evaluate the degree of risk involved
• Assessing customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, payment history and purchase activity
• Performing collection activities, monitor debts
• Liaising with customers to resolve complaints
• Making decision on holding/releasing customer orders
• Verifying financial and credit transactions
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate credit lines for new and existing customers
To be considered as an ideal candidate you are required to have University or College degree with 1-4 years experience within an SSC/BSC environment as a Credit and Collection Specialist. Fresh graduates with some relevant experience in the field of Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and Collection are also welcome. You are also required to have good analytical, and strong problem solving skills along with outstanding communication skills. The candidate has to speak English and German or French languages fluently. Previously gathered SAP knowledge is an advantage.
