Italian/German/French Speaking Collection Specialist roles are open at our multinational partner who operates with a newly established Shared service center in Budapest downtown. They are looking for Italian or German or French speaking applicants to join their newly established Collection team and participate in process migration and implementation.

The responsibilities of the Collection Specialist are:
-following up outgoing payments,
-resolving collection issues
-keep the contact with the business partners
-keep the contact with the customers for payments
-make ensure that all the debts are paid until the payment date
-request payment details from the customers and check the clients’ accounts
-collecting the overdue customer accounts
-calling and sending emails to the customers

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience:
-in a Cash Collection position or you have at least half year experience in Accounting/Finance field
-you speak German or French or Italian AND English fluently
-you are able and willing to relocate to Budapest, Hungary.
-you are authorized to work in Hungary ( EU countries or work permit)
