Full-Time HEAD OF SALES
Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Preparing forecasts and reports for sales leaders and upper management
- Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Active participation in international trade fairs and professional events abroad throughout the year (London, Amsterdam, Malta, Madrid, Rimini, Macau, etc.)
- Active expansion of our client base
- Active client management
- Business negotiations, sales, conclusion of contracts
- Active cooperation with legal and financial departments
- Onboarding and training sales representatives
- Coordinating with the marketing department

We expect you to bring plenty of energy, as well as:
- Proven sales experience (3+ years)
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Active knowledge of English at a very high level + another language is a BIG PLUS (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Swedish, Russian)
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, emphatic, highly motivated and assertive personality
- Willingness to travel
