Job Description:
- Service Desk Consultant is responsible supporting both hardware and software, well versed with Windows XP & Windows 7 and Microsoft Outlook installation/configuration
- Help Desk Analyst should have basic network knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Application Support and Collaboration tools.
- Maintain and support applications and their operating environments (24×7 coverage with rotating on-call duties)
- System Administrator is responsible for telephonic support to End Users and co-ordination with Vendors, Client Problem Management team and other Towers.
- Extended PC Support, with good knowledge of desktop PC components, Good Hands on knowledge on Hardware’s.
- Good knowledge on software installation & knowledge of restaurant POS systems would be preferred Operating System Support,
- Knowledge of MS Office, Linux, windows and Networking Concepts (CISCO/CCNA)
- Should have exposure to outbound B2B interaction, support & both call handling and Incident Management
- Knowledge of technical helpdesk support functions
- Customer service and technical troubleshooting.
- Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.
- Adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures
Language skills French (Mandatory)
