As an HR Contact Center Representative you’ll perform first or second level support, receiving questions from direct calls and email or handling more difficult, time-consuming or specialized queries.Topics will vary from Compensation & Benefits to Workforce Management and Skills Development, among other queries. Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Basic knowledge in Customer Care
• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Fluent

Preferred

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Care
