Job Description

The HR Administrator Assistant assists the Employee Data Management team(EDM). It consists of different cross-process transactions including: Employee Data Management, Organization Data Management, Generic Life Event Management, Absence Admin, Exit Admin and Hard/Soft copy Document Management (including Imaging/Fax to Image). It also includes standard and ad hoc bulk reporting.

EDM and Employee Admin is one of the more complex and diverse series of processes, which also involves self-service, document validation, document scanning/imaging and retention of hard copy documentation (with the client or third party provider). It also is the driver for downstream processes like payroll and therefore has a pivotal role with significant direct performance impact.

The HR Service Administrator within EDM department has the responsibility for various processes (including employee record changes, master data maintenance, employee correspondence and reporting) within a country or across several countries.

Absolute fluency in English is a must
Knowledge of any of the following European languages is an advantage: German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Swedish
Strong technical skills are an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is an advantage
Focused on accuracy
Good at task/time management and to follow up on outstanding items
Good computer literacy
Excellent problem solving skills.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
English: Fluent

Preferred
Basic knowledge in SAP HR Modules / Peoplesoft
French : Fluent
German : Fluent
